XV. GOVERNING LAWS

GDP is governed by the laws of State of Delaware so you should be aware of that when using GDP website and services. In case of any problems you are agreeing that you shall lie in any court servicing Orange County, Delaware.

XVI. RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS
